We all want to lead lives full and happy … so why is that so few of us do? If it 's time you gave a good look at your own life and you have a review, don' t wait another minute. This has nothing to do with anyone else – it 's all about YOU! Below some tips to help you make the most of each day and ensure you are living your life fully. These are a few key areas where you can put the new practices in place and give the gift of a life.GOALS happier and more satisfying: The trick here is to make them YOUR. Not what your mother wants, nor what your advisor council said you was right for you … but what you want. Have you even thought about this lately? Many people have not thought about what they want to align over the years. The best two points in this area that I have heard over the years are very simple: 1) make a list every night of the five things you must accomplish tomorrow and then tomorrow the WILL to do unless you want those first. 2) asks every day: What can I do today that I 'll be the happy I did tomorrow?
