Weight Loss Diary Day 3

Today is Tuesday 7 February 2006, the third day of my program of weight loss. Today I am appointing the dairy products as food, it is not. This means that giving up milk products for today and leave only one space on my plate where dairy products should be. You may recall that yesterday I decided to not eat any bread. During the night the first problem was detected and has affected my arthritic left ankle which becomes extremely painful. So sad that even after taking a murderess to reasonably strong pain, I slept for only two – three hours. While awake I put my mind I passed the day before and I think that this problem was self inflicted. Since moving I have zero bars on that ankle, I have not recommended for walking on uneven surfaces. Where I live, in the national park of the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, there are few sidewalks and the ground is very uneven. I think that has created the problem by walking on uneven surfaces. But that is no reason to give up, the exercise requires the amendment to be appropriate in the circumstances. – Today started with a walk much slower to take my daily paper. I added one quarter miles around and additional walking only where there are sidewalks. – Breakfast is a glass of orange juice, a toasted sandwich of bacon using the whole wheat bread. Yes, you read correctly, I made a sandwich of bacon followed by a banana and a cup of green tea lemon. The great thing about this diet is that it dates only to the food you love one day at a time. – I didn 't feel hungry during the morning and managed to get through to lunch at 1pm, with no thought of food. – For lunch I ate a chicken sandwich of red chilli, fresh beet (beetroot) and lettuce. Beside it I had about six cherry tomatoes to split in two and sprinkled with olive oil and chopped basil. A glass of water with a table spoon of cider vinegar apple is the result because I could start to believe indigestion. – 3.30pm A cup of green tea, lemon and a part of the pie. – 5pm I started my exercise program and amended as follows: First, check your pulse rate before starting. 2 minutes of stretching exercises you until you can comfortably touch the floor with my fingertips without endangering the tendons of the knee. 2 minutes of sit-ups. 20 push more done in groups of five with the elongation in the middle. Tie in place on the surface of my patio until my pulse has increased by 50% from normal. – 6pm. Lunch is pasta (Penne) with vegetable sauce and tomato with sweet peppers cutting robust (capsicum), courgettes (zucchini), mushrooms and broccoli, with a glass of red wine and a glass of water. Continued from grapes and fisheries (fresh) for dessert. – 7pm. Approximately 4 ounces (110 grams) of peanuts because I 'm hungry. – 8.30pm another walk. Now it has cooled and I walk a constant ten-minute. Today was a day very easy, but for those who are doing this with me shall be informed of the formats of the service.
