Maintain A Healthy Heart
Heart healthy advice, most of which is common sense, really, but we live such busy lives we take our organ the heart for granted until something goes wrong and it is too late. I know I did just that thinking my body would last forever no matter how I abused it with no exercise and all the rubbish I put down my throat and left the poor old body to deal with it.
A wake up call but why wait for that when it really is so simple to look after our heart and lets face it, it does most of the work! Some simple tips avoid high fat and high sugar foods, eat vegetables and fruit, choose vegetable oil over animal oil, eat fish especially those that give us more beneficial fatty acids, reduce salt intake, choose wholegrain bread over white bread, give up smoking, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day(amazing what water can do for so much of the body but that is another time) keeping down weight, excercise, relax and less stress. All really simple but we are too busy to take note. All these small steps each day ensure better oxygen flow, better Nitric Oxide production and thus we maintain a heathy heart and a longer life.
Men are at greater risk than women, age also as the body ages the organs work less effectively, and hereditary if parents have heart problems you are more likely to also. Did you know Niteworks is a scientific breakthrough which was developed together with Nobel Laureate Lou Ignarro who has dedicated his life to research of the health enhancing benefit of Nitric Oxide. This is an essential function within the body so important to general well being.
You see excercise causes the blood to flow freely through the veins and is a major generator of Ntric Oxide, fruit and vegatables are also generators of Nitric Oxide. So when we are told to eat fruit everyday it can only do us so much good. There is much on heart and the rest of the body to read up and research but this is a little bit of information that I hope helps us all sit up and take note. It is after all for our own benefit.
