usually it takes a while and a lawyer got me mine in a settlement like in 2 years and he took a 1/3 but that was cool cause he got me like $87,500.00 my end for a broken arm at work .
How long does it take to receive lost wage benefits from workers comp?
I was injured on the job on July 27. I am going to try to go back to work on August 21. I am unable to get my claims worker to answer the telephone or return my calls/emails. So, I come here to ask if anyone knows how long it usually takes to receive lost wages benefits from workers comp. Thanks.

If you are waiting for payments it will take from 4 to 6 weeks. But they will back pay you.
