How to Eliminate Belly Fat? 3 Tips to Eliminate Fat in 7 – 14 Days

By Ezday On March 4, 2010 Under Ezday

Want to know how to eliminate belly fat? Here’s the way to get results-look at what everybody else does and do the opposite.

I’m serious!

When you go to the gym what’s the one activity 90% of people there are doing? Jogging on the treadmills.

This is NOT how to lose flab

Here are 3 tips to getting results NOW:

#1) Perform INTENSE workouts

This is the key to dropping flab. If you do nothing but implement this one point alone, you will be FAR AHEAD of everyone else.

But don’t forget about nutrition

One of the best things you can do for flab loss is consume easy to digest foods. There are many foods that are extremely difficult for your body to absorb.

In order to burn flab your body needs energy.

Where does it get energy?

Easier to digest foods-this is how to eliminate belly fat.

#2) AVOID Grains

This might be one of the worst foods on the planet for fat loss-at least under most circumstances.

Don’t get me wrong-sprouted grains are EXCELLENT-but cooked grains have extremely low water content which makes it incredibly hard to digest.

What about protein sources?

Nuts and seeds are great… and also RAW “free range” organic eggs. And don’t forget about sprouted beans-this is another excellent source.

What about carbs?

Fruits and vegetables are BY FAR your #1 source of carbohydrates. I would recommend eating as much fruit as possible… and in general juicing your vegetables–especially broccoli.

Try and consume at least 24-32 ounces of vegetable juice everyday. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat vegetables–but juicing them frequently should supplement your diet.

#3) Eat RAW foods whenever possible

They are the easiest for your body to digest and far and away the healthier. Implementing intense workouts combined with eating natural foods is how to eliminate belly fat NOW.
